LITE Squared™ is a Low Impact Training Exercise experience. Our moderate intensity workout will introduce you to the muscle, body, brain connection using a dynamic warm-up, light weights to improve posture and balance, low impact cardio drills to increase your aerobic endurance and static stretching to cool you down.
