EFFECTIVE LOW IMPACT TRAINING
LITE squared is a Low Impact Training Exercise program designed for those who want to perfect their exercise form. Our gym based, moderate intensity workout combines a dynamic warm-up, light weights to improve posture and balance, low impact cardio drills to increase your aerobic endurance and static stretching to cool you down.
Whether you are 35 or 70+, you will benefit from these six group sessions of only 4-6 participants, with two instructors monitoring and guiding you towards your best performance and proper form.

I signed up for LITE Squared because of the reputation of the instructors and because I like trying new things. As well, I was attracted to the low impact aspect, as my wrists and knees are tender. Due to Jody’s coaching I have increased my strength markedly over the last few years, and after the first LITE Squared class I was concerned that it might be too easy for me. Over the course of the six classes the instructors led us through subtle and individualized tweaks to our technique and posture that will remain with me for life. What seemed easy at first became hard work once I learned how to do it correctly!
