LITE Squared™ is a Low Impact Training Exercise experience with the focus on perfecting your form. Our moderate intensity workout will introduce you to the muscle-body-brain-connection. The program uses a dynamic warm-up, light weights to improve posture and balance, low impact cardio drills to increase your aerobic endurance and static stretching to cool you down.
